Sunil Dutt Biography:Sunil Dutt (born Balraj Raghunath Dutt, June 6, 1929 – May 25, 2005) was an Indian actor, film producer, director and politician. He is one of the greatest actors of Indian cinemas and is known for his versatility and charming personality. He is also known for his humanitarian work and compassion on and off the canvas. It was received at three Filmfare Awards, including two for the best actors. In 1968 he was awarded with Padmashri by the Indian government for his contributions to Indian film.

Sunil Dutt was born on June 6, 1929 and grew up as Barra Dutt. He was born in a Zamindah family in the Kurdish village of Punjab, now part of Pakistan. He was five years old when his father passed away. Sunil was 18 years old and witnessed the division of India’s Pakistan, and stimulated the roofs of Hindu Muslims. The family settled in a small village in Yamunanagar, Haryana. Due to his higher studies when Sunil moved to Mumbai, he enrolled at Jay Hind College in Mumbai to conclude his conclusions. Sunil Dutt had three children, Sanjay Dutt, Priya Dutt and Namrata Dutt. His son Sanjay Dutt is also a successful Bollywood actor. His old Daugther Priya Dutt is a party worker in the Indian parliament and was elected in 2009 at Loksaba, the 15th constituency in northern and central Mumbai. His youngest daughter, Namrata Dutt, is married to Kumar Gaurav. Kumar Gaurav is the son of old timer Rajendra Kumar, who shared on-screen with Sunil Dutt of Mother India.
